Return & Refund Policy

At Jazz Maniacs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please read and follow these guidelines to return your product.

RETURN:

Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.

To initiate a return, please send us an e-mail clearly stating your wish to make a return.

Alternatively, you can copy and fill out the return form found in the Cancellation Policy and send it to us.

Return costs are to be borne by the customer.

Products should be in their original packaging, including all accessories and proof of purchase.

Safely seal the return box.

We recommend insured shipping. Please keep your receipt.

Unfortunately, the exchange of products is not possible.

Please return your item and place a new order.

In case you have received the wrong product or a damaged item, please take photos and get in touch here: hello@jazzmaniacs.com.

REFUND:

Returned products must be flawless and unworn to qualify for a return. If the jewellery pieces are damaged or show signs of wear, we can unfortunately not take them back.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, or proof of mailing, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund local taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges incurred after purchase.
